With a two-stage action design, when the belt deviates and the vertical roller deflects by 20°, the first group of microswitches triggers an alarm signal; when the deflection angle exceeds 35°, the second group of switches triggers a shutdown signal, and the action angle supports factory customization or on-site reset adjustment., which not only ensures equipment early warning redundancy, but also accurately achieves fault shutdown protection.
Equipped with 60mm diameter detection vertical rollers, it can be adapted to the operating conditions of high belt speed conveyors; the maximum deflection angle of the vertical rollers can reach 75°, which is suitable for belt conveyors with various bandwidths and groove angles. It can be installed on both sides of the belt. It can be adapted to fixed installation and mobile conveying equipment, with flexible installation methods and wide application scenarios.
