Wuhan Junwei SP-PR-30 series belt speed detectors are specially developed for speed monitoring of industrial conveying systems. They can directly detect the rotational speed and linear speed of belt conveyors, elevators, chain conveyors, plate feeders and other equipment, and monitor belt slippage, overspeed, underspeed, belt breakage and other faults in real time. They are widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, electricity, mining, cement, building materials and other industrial fields.

The product adopts non-contact detection technology, which eliminates the need for hard contact with moving parts of the equipment, has no mechanical wear, and a detection distance of up to 20 mm. It is suitable for harsh industrial environments with high dust, humidity and corrosion; a built-in intelligent control system can be built according to the equipment's starting characteristics. Set the detection delay function to adapt to the starting process under different working conditions.

The product supports real-time display of local speed values, provides multiple signal outputs of switching quantities/analog quantities, and has upper and lower limit speed alarm functions. The detector and controller are designed in a separate manner. They are flexible in installation and can be seamlessly connected with the conveyor control system to realize the realization of transportation equipment. The product detection range covers 2-1000rpm, which can accurately detect the equipment speed and line speed. The detection delay function can be set according to the equipment starting characteristics, which is perfectly suitable for different starting processes such as equipment soft start and frequency control; it has upper and lower limit speed threshold setting functions, which can accurately identify faults such as underspeed, slipping, overspeed, and belt breakage.

Locally visualized multi-signal output

The control host comes with a high-definition digital display, which can display the current equipment operating speed value in real time locally. Parameter setting is convenient and supports on-site debugging and calibration. It provides multiple signal output methods for switching quantities (1NC +1NO) and 4- 20mA analog quantities, which can be directly connected to the PLC control system to achieve remote monitoring and linkage control.

Split design, high protective fit

The detector and controller are designed in a split manner, with flexible installation methods and flexible arrangements according to the site space; the detection probe has a protection level of IP67, and the controller has a protection level of IP65, which can be used in a wide temperature environment of-20℃~+60℃, high dust and humidity.
