The SP Level 2 alloy cleaner is a heavy-duty cleaning system specially developed by Wuhan Junwei for the lower idler area of belt conveyors. It adopts a compact and solid integrated alloy structure design and is perfectly suitable for harsh working conditions in mines, ports, metallurgy and other sites. It can safely and reliably clean the lower surface of the heavily polluted conveyor belt. Even under ultra-high belt speeds of>5m/s, it can achieve efficient cleaning behind the discharge roller. It is the core equipment of the second cleaning line of the belt conveyor system.

The product adopts a high-strength alloy scraper design that adheres 90° vertically to the belt surface to achieve flexible and stable cleaning operations; with a pressure flexible adjustment unit, the cleaning pressure can be accurately adjusted according to working conditions to avoid excessive wear of the belt, and at the same time, it realizes reverse operation without folding, no damage, suitable for various heavy-duty transportation scenarios such as reversible/irreversible.
