Efficient cleaning solution for reversible/irreversible belts and lower idler rollers

The SP Level 2 alloy cleaner is a heavy-duty cleaning system specially developed by Wuhan Junwei for the lower idler area of belt conveyors. It adopts a compact and solid integrated alloy structure design and is perfectly suitable for harsh working conditions in mines, ports, metallurgy and other sites. It can safely and reliably clean the lower surface of the heavily polluted conveyor belt. Even under ultra-high belt speeds of>5m/s, it can achieve efficient cleaning behind the discharge roller. It is the core equipment of the second cleaning line of the belt conveyor system.

The product adopts a high-strength alloy scraper design that adheres 90° vertically to the belt surface to achieve flexible and stable cleaning operations; with a pressure flexible adjustment unit, the cleaning pressure can be accurately adjusted according to working conditions to avoid excessive wear of the belt, and at the same time, it realizes reverse operation without folding, no damage, suitable for various heavy-duty transportation scenarios such as reversible/irreversible.

The product structure is stable and reliable, is convenient to install and use, does not require expensive spare parts inventory, and has extremely low operation and maintenance costs. It can be seamlessly connected with the existing conveying system and can be perfectly adapted even under small installation space or high ground clearance conditions. Effectively extend the service life of the belt and reduce the maintenance cost of the conveying system.

Precise adaptation to ultra-high belt speed working conditions

It is specially designed for ultra-high belt speed conveying scenarios of>5m/s, and is compatible with conventional belt speeds of ≤5m/s, which can stably achieve efficient cleaning of the lower idler roller area under high-speed operation; it adopts an integrated compact alloy structure and is resistant to impact, anti-vibration, and adapts to special working conditions such as narrow installation space and high ground clearance.

Reverse operation, no folding, compatible with all operating conditions

The unique 90° vertical fit design, the scraper is installed on the non-discharge side, and the belt is free from folding or damage when running in reverse. It is perfectly suitable for reversible/irreversible conveyors; the alloy scraper is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, has a long service life, and can effectively deal with medium and high-intensity material deposition and pollution.

Flexible pressure adjustment adaptive working conditions

Equipped with a flexible pressure adjustment unit, the cleaning pressure can be accurately adjusted according to material characteristics and belt working conditions. The flexible load design achieves gentle cleaning and avoids excessive wear of the belt; it adapts to belt fluctuations and deviations, effectively extends the service life of the belt and the cleaner.
