Wuhan Junewey SPU Series Secondary Polyurethane Cleaner is designed for fine cleaning of conveyor return belts. Installed below the head pulley and after the primary cleaner, it acts as a secondary precision cleaning device to efficiently remove fine materials, dust and sticky residues left by the primary cleaner, completely solving problems such as material carryback, belt slippage, pulley buildup and dust pollution.

The product features an **integral pull-out high-wear modified polyurethane blade** embedded with aviation-grade AL6063 aluminum alloy reinforcement frame, paired with a rail-type bolt-free installation structure. Working Principle

The SPU Series Secondary Cleaner is installed on the return belt below the conveyor head pulley, after the primary cleaner. The tensioning system presses the high-wear modified polyurethane blade against the belt surface with constant pressure.

As the belt runs, the blade scrapes off fine materials, dust and sticky residues left by the primary cleaner through linear uniform contact, achieving secondary precision cleaning. The scraped materials fall directly back into the hopper without secondary pollution, completely solving problems such as return carryback, idler buildup and pulley lagging wear.

Selection Guide

Quick Blade Replacement Steps

  1. Shut down the conveyor and ensure it is completely stopped;

  2. Untie the stainless steel anti-lost rope, grasp the blade end and pull it out along the rail;

  3. Insert the new blade into the blade holder along the rail until fully seated;

  4. Re-fasten the stainless steel anti-lost rope;

  5. Check the blade contact status and start the conveyor after confirmation.
