Working PrincipleThe SPU Series Secondary Cleaner is installed on the return belt below the conveyor head pulley, after the primary cleaner. The tensioning system presses the high-wear modified polyurethane blade against the belt surface with constant pressure.
As the belt runs, the blade scrapes off fine materials, dust and sticky residues left by the primary cleaner through linear uniform contact, achieving secondary precision cleaning. The scraped materials fall directly back into the hopper without secondary pollution, completely solving problems such as return carryback, idler buildup and pulley lagging wear.
